Please join us for the next beginners program. This four week course is designed to get you started on your training with confidence. Class meets Mondays and Thursdays from 7:15 to 8:00. Saturday the 28th of January is “Bring a Friend to practice” day. All are welcome to come and see demonstrations and join us on the mat for practice. Don’t know anyone at the Dojo? Come anyway. Enjoy the class and enjoy the community. Demonstrations and class start at 10:30 with q&A and refreshments at approximately 11:30. Please come about 15 minutes early for paper work and orientation.
